7 games to go. How many points?
The remaining games are:

Brentford(A)
Burnley (H)
Chelsea (A)
Arsenal (H)
Norwich (A)
Man City (H)
Brighton (A)

Being pessimistic, losses away at Brighton, Brentford and Chelsea. Maybe a win at Norwich. Point at home to Burnley, and home losses to City and Arsenal.
4 points. End up on 55 points, and 7th.

Optimistic. Home wins vs. Arsenal and Burnley. Nothing against City. Away wins at Brighton, Norwich and draws at Brentford and Chelsea (hopefully in free fall).
14 points. 65 points. Possible CL qualification.

You c*nts?

Re: 7 games to go. How many points?
Brentford away after Thursday will be a difficult game, but as we are in London both games think we will get at least a point. Burnley will be 3 points, Chelsea is a brilliant up and coming game. They will be out of the Champs league and possibly struggling to stay in the top four. Our fans to get us over the line to 3 points. Arsenal at home 1 point minimum. Norwich away, depends on Europa league, should be 3 points. Man City, fuck knows, 0 points and Brighton away 3 points or fuck all as we are in the Europa league final and play the under 18's.

So I make that 14 points.

Never been one for omens but the last time we got to a European final, we beat Eintracht Frankfurt in the semi,ya never know.

A cup final and top 7 would represent a season most of us would have given up a kidney for back in August

Hopefully Man City beat Liverpool at the weekend and have the league tied up by the time they play us. They seem to go off the boil once theyve already won it.

A Tottenham fan would have us in the CL spot and us winning the Europa League as a token cup before they go on to win the PL & CL double next season…..

Re: 7 games to go. How many points?
Using that table calculator easthammer posted, I had us getting 13 points but still only finishing 7th, although 9 points ahead of Wolves in 8th. Another reason to prioritise the Europa.

Joyo…. You missed the optimist part. Being West Ham, things don’t always work out.

Re: 7 games to go. How many points?
I have learned never to predict anything with West Ham but those of you that want to can try this.

https://www.worldfootball.net/table_calculator/eng-premier-league/

I did use it but as I don't make predictions I won't tell you what my inputs predicted:)

And Not another prediction but statistically we should have another 11.51 points from 7 games which of course definitely won't happen!

Re: 7 games to go. How many points?
I’d take 7th or even 8th providing we win the Europa. Otherwise, 6th or 7th and European qualification once more.

Yes, even for the Europa Conference as it will build up our club, season by season. I also have a taste now for European away matches.

Re: 7 games to go. How many points?
Wolves have got some tough fixtures and Man U have got Palace, Arsenal and Liverpool away and Chelsea at home in their last 8.

Arsenal and Spurs get 4th and 5th but 6th is wide open.

I think 13 points from the last 7 gets us 6th.

I think we have enough to do that.

7th place, 6th if we're lucky.

Re: 7 games to go. How many points?
We'd need 15 points for 6th I'd say, probably 21 for 4th so that's not going to happen. Looking at those fixtures, 15 is probably too much of a stretch.

If I was going to bet on it, I'd say we'll end up with 12points and 7th place. Spurs will get 4th and probably by some distance. Arsenal & Man Utd 5th & 6th, but I wouldn't be surprised if Arsenal's form drops off now and they end up 6th.

We'll then win the Europa League final and Spurs will be miss out on Champions League (I wouldn't bet on that though).

Optimistic but over due a win at Brighton, If Brentford can beat Chelsea away why not, Arsenal and City are at Home and Burnley and Norwich are crap!
